The word they were looking for is "ate" but if you've already completed the main game and the previous DLCs, simply eat one item, and the achievement should unlock.
To eat, press
to rest, 
to access inventory, and drag any food (banana, grape, apple, meat bone, burger, etc.) item to any of your characters.
The achievement will pop after you end the rest session. There may be a slight delay.
