You must have at least 750 coins all at once, so don’t spend any and you’ll get this in no time as you work though beating all 6 levels of Abyss.
I also think that if your inventory is full, you’ll no longer receive coins either so be sure to eat the food and trash what you don’t need.

You need to have 750 coins all at the same time for this achievement. You should have this much easily by the time you complete the sixth floor of Abyss. You get plenty of coins for defeating monsters, and can often find bonus coins from random event spaces.
