How to unlock the Winner achievement in Nexoria: Dungeon Rogue Heroes - Definitive Guide
UPDATE: the developer has patched an easy mode into the game (located under Options) which makes this significantly easier. I still recommend my original build as a few of the bosses can still wreck you with a few cheap moves, but feel free to swap out the Healer for the Fire Girl as long as you have plenty of Health Potions.
Thanks to MuppeT May Cry for letting me know about the Easy Mode update!
Here is the build I went with after much trial and error:
1. Assassin
2. Healer
3. Wizard
4. Explosion Girl
The Assassin starts off as invisible to enemies, when you combine this with putting him first in your party you will incur very little damage from enemies if any at all. You don't want him to attack, just keep choosing the defend every round.
Your Healer will also defend every round, only occasionally healing anyone in the party that may need it.
Your Wizard will spam the 3-hit magic attack, which is how you'll beat the majority of the enemies. It'll take awhile, but since you aren't taking damage it's the safest approach.
The Explosion Girl will defend most rounds as well, only attacking with The Bomb attack with you've built up enough Mana. You can occasionally use the Poison attack, but it misses as much as it hits.
Keep this up until you've worn the enemies down to the last enemy. Now if you've noticed, everytime you defend with the Assassin his attack power goes up every round. When the final enemy is down to half or less HP I would finally have him unleash an overpowered attack that would one hit kill most everything.
Keep this strategy up through all five floors of the dungeon until you've defeated the fifth boss and won the game. You should have the full 1k in the process, as you'll eat plenty of food, kill plenty of enemies, level up to 10, and most likely encounter a Witch as a boss along the way. The Witch only appears as a boss on the third level so you'll have to replay up to that if you don't get her the first run.
If you don't quite hit level 10 start a new game and keep playing till you do, your exp carries over to a new game.
You also may want to hurry up on the game, the Assassin exploit is very cheap and feels like something that should get patched in the future.

I had the same issue with Fire Girl, she takes forever and really doesn't hit that much harder.

I don't know why no one mentions this, but you can put the game on easy and NEVER die.

On 10/31 an Additional 1000g was added as well as an EASY Difficulty!
Each Dungeon is 5 Levels. So you need to complete the first 5 levels. This is really as far as you need to get in the game for the 2000g. After, you can play the first Dungeon over and over again.

You will unlock this when you finish Level 5 of a dungeon. Keep your party members alive by feeding them to keep their hunger up and resting to gain more steps (keep an eye on hunger and sanity when you do this). In the later levels, especially the fifth, fights seem harder because your Mana doesn’t fill as fast and opening chests and events can inflict random statuses. Clearing this last dungeon will send you back to the title screen.
