For this achievement the conditions seems to be as follow :
- get the satellite in space (common to all other ending achievement)
- don't use the autoguidance swivel from shady svenska group, so you'll have to rotate your rocket manually !
- I did give the money to Redik (for attaining revolutionary status on nsr network) but I think it's a bug in the game flow because it doesn't fit the narrative, i also tried not giving money and i got the same ending, which seems fishy
- Don't give money to redik
after the cutscene, you'll see a video looking like a big psychedelik internet mall, you have got the right ending

Could this game have a bug? I did the Furrankestein mission and then another one and nothing more appeared.

Honestly, this must be glitched. I did my 3rd fast playthrough and did all you listed, and instead I got Next Space Rebel achievement (ending with rocket girl)
It seems the only last try would be to not download the auto satellite and not give radik the money.
