For this achievement the conditions seems to be as follow :
- get the satellite in space (common to all other ending achievement)
- get the auto rotate swivel from the shady svenska group and use it on your rocket
- I didn't give the money to Redik (for attaining revolutionary status on nsr network)
after the cutscene, you'll see a video looking like some darknet and shady malware and adds, which mean you have done everything right

yes I saw the same thing, try manually, or try again to put the automatic pivot above the reactor (rotate the reactor and not the wings), either use the largest NASA engine, it is on that it works I succeeded like that

So this game has unmissable achievements since in "Corporate" you have to give money to Redik and not here.
