How to unlock the Human Birdwings achievement in Next Space Rebels - Definitive Guide

I'm not entirely sure how to unlock this Achievement, but I think you need to launch a rocket with a dummy head on the tip of the rocket. I'm sorry if that wasn't it.

I believe it just complete someone’s quest they set you I got it doing the wing challenge with a bike

The rocket I made had bicycle parts (I think you're right) it should have been mandatory to place the mannequin's head on the tip of the Rocket.

Maybe just putting a mannequin's head on the tip of a rocket isn't enough to unlock this Achievement (Perhaps it's necessary to complete this quest), but now that I've unlocked the achievement, there's no way for me to know which one is correct.

I have all quests done up to the end, so unless it's able to be missed.

I did it this time on the scrap persons quest for the bike angel. It asks for a teddy bear, a bike tire for a halo and 2 frames. I put the head in there as well for good measure since I didn't get it my first run doing just the main quest. And I got it that way.

I did it with just the teddy bear as required by the challenge description for Bike Angel. However, since I wanted to include the mannequin head but didn't have it yet, I deselected the goal and flew the rocket that would have met the requirement and still got the achievement.
Maybe it has been patched since.

Can confirm, I got this achievement when doing the "Bike Angel" for Scrap Dad. Tire Halo, Teddy Bear, and 2 Bike Frames. I'm not sure if you can trigger it early by using those parts or not.

Also you can Google "Human Birdwings" to see some videos that are this achievement's namesource.
