The objective of this achievement is very simple, you need to launch a rocket with all smoke options.

Yep, very simple - just attach the 7 colours (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, Purple) to any rocket and launch it.
The only difficulty is buying the colours in the in-game shop if you have spent all your money, so try to do this before you get kicked off StarTube, so you can earn money.
One thing that might help is that if you do the 'Wood' storyline, you get given a green smoker at one point, so that might save you some money.
