Once you enter part 3 of the game, you can obtain this achievement by hitting a certain number (about 130k or so) of followers on the NSR Network. Revolutionary is the equivalent of Diamond for Startube and will require several dozen launches just farming followers from tag combos. This is also a requirement for obtaining the Free Network ending and will give you several parts towards Collector, as well as $300k in money for using towards the Free Network ending or buying the Ultimate Engine for Collector (or doing both, by talking to Radik until the option with [Pay $300k] in it is available, then backing out of the conversation and buying the Ultimate Engine, then coming back and also giving money to Radik, as you will manage to go negative through what is presumably a glitch).

In order to farm followers efficiently, avoid using the tags that are greyed out and try to get up to an Ultimate Combo (all 5 tags from the same group), as this gives a 30x multiplier to followers earned. Using rarer tags will also generate more follows than more common ones. You can go back to your old videos and click them, then the button next to the analytics to transer that design immediately into marker ready to launch again.
