This is really simple, as you will get this eventually as you progress through the game, at some point Salma will give you a Dandy Deer, of which you have to launch 500m into the air, this will break and you will then be tasked of creating a rocket with all the broken pieces and reaching 700m, you will unlock this achievement regardless of whether you succeed in reaching 700m.
