To access the store you will need to enter the Elite League screen and select collection. If you have 0 power-ups you will have to buy card packs with blitz bucks. I'd recommend the most expensive one at 8,000 bucks. Now pray to RNG Jesus and hope he blesses you with a few common power up cards. I have seen 3 out of the 25 card pack.
You will need all 8 common power-up cards assembled (Like Exodia) so you can trade them in and unlock one of the ultimate power-up cards. They each cost 5,000 and their are 8 in total. It will not unlock right away, so back out of the Elite League screen and go to the Blitz Store. You should get a notification telling you the power-up is ready to be purchased.

You need to accumulate Blitz Bucks by playing Blitz Battles and purchase card packs in Elite League. These packs contain player cards or, occasionally, regular power up cards. There are eight regular power up cards, and turning in a set of all eight will unlock one Ultimate Power Up. Therefore, you need to turn in eight sets of all eight regular power ups to unlock all eight Ultimate Power Ups.
When you complete a team set, don't turn it in. Once you complete a team, you will stop getting those players in packs. Once you complete every team, you will only get power ups in packs. Once you reach this point, keep buying 12 card packs until you have turned in all eight sets of regular power ups and have unlocked all eight Ultimate Power Ups.
Once all of the Ultimate Power Ups are unlocked, start turning in team collections. Each team you turn in nets you 3000 Blitz Bucks. Once you have enough, go to the Blitz Store and purchase all eight Ultimate Power Ups for 5000 Blitz Bucks each (40000 total).

Yet another Elite League trophy that doesn't require any playing in the Elite League. Another thing that will sometimes be found in your Card Packs are Powerup cards. There are 8 total, and once the full set of 8 is complete, you can trade them in to unlock 1 Ultimate Powerup. Now you will need to re-collect the original 8 powerup cards again, and trade them in once more to unlock a second Ultimate Powerup. Simply repeat this process over and over until you have all 8 Ultimate Powerups available for purchase.
Now you just need to purchase them from the Blitz Store for the trophy to unlock. The Ultimate Powerups only cost 5000 Blitz Bucks to purchase, meaning you will only need 40,000 Blitz Bucks to buy them all.
As stated before, you can earn Blitz Bucks doing any of the following:
- Any sort of Online game. Whether it is Online Co-op, Elite League, Head to Head, Blitz Teams, it doesn't matter. As long as the game is online, you will earn Blitz Bucks.
- Trading in a full set of players for a team. This will reward you with a bonus of 2000 Blitz Bucks.
- Ranking up on the Battle Boards in Head to Head or Blitz Teams. Each time you graduate to a new battle board you will earn a 1000 Blitz Buck bonus.
- Duplicate cards found in card packs (ie. A player you already have), will be cashed in for Blitz Bucks.
, because once you cash them all in, you can re-collect them in Card Packs, which would severely decrease your chances of finding powerup cards that you need so it is in your best interest to do this before Winners Can Be Choosers .
