NFL Blitz

This will likely be one of the last offline achievements you will earn. To earn this achievement, you will need to unlock all 12 fantasy characters. You can unlock them by defeating them in boss battles in Blitz Gauntlet. Purchasing them from the Blitz Store will not unlock the achievement.

Each Blitz Gauntlet consists of 12 games, 3 of which are boss battles. Therefore, to unlock all 12 characters, you will need to complete the Blitz Gauntlet 4 times for a total of 48 games. Thankfully, each Gauntlet can be played on easy difficulty, and you do not have to worry about facing the same boss more than once.

Each game takes about 20 minutes, so it will take about 16 hours to complete this achievement. It would be smart to go for the rest of the offline achievements while going through the Gauntlets.

To unlock this achievement you need to select "Blitz Gauntlet" from the main menu and complete each of the boss battles. This will take multiple tries since you only have three bosses per gauntlet.

If you want to get a specific character you can re-start the gauntlet until the character(s) you want appear.

I want to highlight the fact that this achievement is not an online achievement! You can buy the fantasy characters from the store but that won´t unlock the achievement. You need to play blitz gauntlet for this achievement.

Beat all the teams and then the three bosses each time. Each boss is a fantasy character and when you beat them you unlock them.

You need to do a minimum of 4 gauntlet beating a total of 12 bosses to get this achievement.

1. Go to help and options in the main menu of the game before starting the blitz leauge! Go to settings there! Then gameplay settings and change difficulty to easy to make this bearable. I would also turn OFF the NFL blitz tips since they are just annoying while playing. I would also turn OFF the play select timer so you don´t have to stress when choosing what strategy to use when you play. I would turn ON the icon passing since it really helps when you want to throw a pass to the players knowing who you will throw the ball to. After editing your settings leave that page with the to save and exit.

Now go to Blitz Gauntlet!

Make sure to choose continue and NOT new if you did not finish the last one you did the last time you played the game.

When you start a match there are cheat codes! I never bothered unless I went for the other achievements using a ninja etc. Just wait and the match will start.

When running press to run faster.

I ALWAYS went with SPLIT BACKS when attacking. It was easy to pass the ball using this and gain a lot of yards. I made sure not to hold the ball for too long and moved sideways to the right most of the time. Then I threw the ball to either the player or the player. Most of the time!

I tried to pass when they did not have another player too close but many times they still have that and you can´t wait too long but most of the time the pass was good.

On defence I just picked DEEP ZONE most of the times but the other ones might be better. I kept pressing RT and then pressed quickly followed by to jump and tackle the players and many times they fumbled the ball or I where able to stop their attacks.

I hope TA change the online requirement for this achievement since you have to do this in no online mode in blitz gauntlet to get the achievement. With the servers shutting down it is just confusing to most people.
