"Safety Dance"
Whenever you receive a kickoff, do NOT run into your own end zone, as this will count as a touchback. Instead, run to about the 3 yard line and let the CPU tackle you. Next, use a play that uses the shotgun formation (Da Bomb, Hail Mary). Your QB should be standing in the end zone. Once your QB gets the ball, flick the right stick in any direction and get tackled in the end zone. 2 points for the defense, 10 G for you.

A friend and I were playing the Elite League and the achievement popped for him after I kicked it off and he ran back into the end zone and was tackled. I believe a touch back occurs only when it is caught in the end zone, however i could be wrong.

Advancing the ball out of the end zone and THEN running back into it is a safety, so that makes perfect sense. I was just giving one example.

After receiving a kick off, run backwards into your own endzone and move 
in any direction to celebrate. Once you are tackled in the endzone, the achievement will unlock.

This one is very quick and easy. Just start up a game (any mode will do, but Play Now will be the quickest), and on the kickoff when on the receiving end, simply run back into your own endzone. Stand then and use the 
to begin a touchdown celebration dance. Now simply just wait for the other team to come and sack you while you are dancing for a safety. If you started in your own endzone, you will need to step out then back in, otherwise it will result in a touchback.
