Yeah, I did the same thing, I went 19-0 and didn't get this or winning the super bowl the third time.

Play as the Colts or the Patriots, the 1st season is the easiest to sim. But you'll more than likely need to sim game by game. Just make sure you win all 16 Regular Season games and that you win the 3 playoff games including the Super Bowl game. If you don't win a game, just quit out of the Career Mode and Load it back up. You will also get the "You Arrived" achievement as well as this one.
