One of the easiest ways to get this is to start up a new season as the coach of the New England Patriots. Once the game starts, hit LB to go to the sim menu and simulate the game all the way to the next season. The team starts off with a 96 approval rating overall so unless the simulation makes some huge mistakes or takes plenty of losses, you should be fine by season's end.

Whenever you do something good such as sign free agents, release players, win games by large amounts, your media approval rating level will go up. The 1st season is easy to sim especially if you're using the Colts or Patriots. Just make sure you win at least 12 of the games and win the Super Bowl and you should easily get this achievement. Now you don't have to win the Super Bowl, but it will help in getting this achievement.
