This achievement can easily be achieved while going for the "Best of All Time" achievement. Just use a team like the Colts, win every game in the regular season and the playoffs and win the super bowl. You have around a 50% chance of getting it (I went undefeated 2 seasons, I got coach of the year on my first time and didn't get it the second time).
If you don't get coach of the year, use an average team like the Eagles and get a good record like 14-2 and you probably will get it.

Going undefeated and winning the Super Bowl will help massively in getting this achievement.
Try and pick a team that didn't do good last season, like the Jets or the Dolphins and make sure you make the playoffs and win the Super Bowl, you don't have to go undefeated. Since the Jets and the Dolphins did so bad last season and now you just made the playoffs and won the Super Bowl, you should easily get the achievement by improving your record so much and by winning the Super Bowl.
