To get this achievement, you CANNOT use the simple creator mode where you simply pick a pre-made play and add it to your playbook. You need to use the advanced creator, where you have the option of positioning and assigning players directly on the field. You don't have to actually change an assignment or position for the play to count, simply press X to finalize the play, select Keep Play, then select Start Over and repeat until you get the achievement.

All I did was go into 'My Coach' from the main menu, then choose 'Playbooks', then go into 'Create a Play'. After all that all you have to do is pick any team you want, I chose the Colts, then once you get into the 'Select Play Type' screen all you have to do is select 'Offense', then 'Pass Play', then 'Create New', then 'Singleback', and lastly 'Big Twin WR' (or for short, just press A until you see all the players on the field) Next, just press X to continue, then select 'Keep Play', then just name it Z (or anything you want, I recommend keeping it short to make this go faster), next just accept the name by pressing your start button, then choose 'Infrequently', and lastly click the A button to finish your play. To start a new play, simply select 'Start Over on the next screen to begin again. Rinse and repeat this 25 times for an easy 20G ^^
