When going for the touchdown, make sure you are breaking away and have turbo. Then run diagnoally at the wall, and press B when you get up to the endzone.(I think it's B, haven't played this in a few eeks) It should have you run on the wall into the endzone, unlocking this achievement.

When you are nearing the end zone, head toward the wall at an angle and tap 
to run against the wall and into the end zone. You do not have to be holding turbo, but you do have to have available turbo to wall hurdle. If you don't, you'll fall off the wall and most likely get tackled.
