How to unlock the Escape achievement in NFL Tour - Definitive Guide
Rather tough because it's more of a luck driven achievement. I used the Chargers vs the Bills(cpu). Pay attention the game settings(defaults) and difficulty in Veteran.
Choose a long pass(preferred) or short pass play. Perform 2 reversals(A Button) with the QB then pass to your receiver and do another 2 reversals with the receiver. Sounds easy but it relies on luck when you pass the ball.
Tips for easy reversals: as the QB watch for players coming at you, once near you Turbo away and they'll have to dive at your feet which are easy to break/reverse. You can trick the same tackler several times. once you pass the ball try not to be near the walls as mostlikely will end your run. Follow the same strategy as the QB but running across the field towards the endzone. On MY case i did it running across and away.

So much of this achievement relies on what play the CPU calls on defence. If you don't get it straight away keep trying. You should get the right defensive call sooner rather than later.

Did this one using the Chargers vs the Chiefs. Short pass -> Ram 36. You must get the reversals with Rivers and then throw to Ladanian Tomlinson (the other receivers just didn't seem to be able to get the job done).
Tips above worked great too.

The basic strategy on this one is using the alternate way I described for "Slippery" for your first two reversals: pick a Long Pass play and reverse two tacklers with your QB, then throw the ball to an open receiver, perferably the one furtherst out. Once he has it, hopefully he's not in the middle of the field, because he will most likely be gang tackled, which can not be reversed, nor should he be too close to the wall, because they will just shove him into the wall and he'll fall down. Now, somewhere in the side portion, start running across and up the field so that defenders will dive at your feet, which is the easiest tackle to reverse and doesn't cause you to spin around or anything like that. Do this twice and you've got it. You do not have to score on this play for the achievement.
