What I did was play against the chiefs they have a bad defensive line and played as the titans who has Vince young and can run away from the defense and break tackles if they get past your lineman he's really fast and can buy you a lot of time. Get near the 5yd line pick a pass play wait out the time and to be safe you can just run it in instead of throwing it and risking a dropped pass

Easy - Medium: Get your team at around the 30yrd line. Hike the ball and burn as much time as possible. Once past 30seconds then pass to your receiver in the end zone. If you feel you can pass or run the ball for the TD before reaching 30sec w/ your QB, then go for it, just make sure you burn the remaining time. You don't need 30sec or more on the time clock to do this. You can have 20sec left and still get the achievement. Just count in your head.

So much of this achievement relies on what play the CPU calls on defence. If you don't get it straight away keep trying. You should get the right defensive call sooner rather than later.

For set up, this has to be on exhibition and standard rules.
The teams I used were the colts vs the chiefs. Once I got to the opponents 20 yrd line, I would continue to run short pass plays. If the opponent sent an extra pass rusher, I would dump it off for a small gain to the running back coming out of the backfield. If there were no extra rusher then I would sit back and instead of getting pushed back I would run side to side once the pass rushers got knocked down to allow my linemen to readjust.

Get into a goal line situation, around the 10 yard line or so and select a Long Pass play. If the defense does not blitz (which again is sending more tacklers at your QB than you can block), just sit behind your defenders and count out to 30, then chuck it to a receiver in the end zone, or you could try and run it in with the QB since most of the defense will be covering your receivers.

This achievement does not have to be 30 second of game clock. You can start a play with less than 30 seconds on the game clock and still score for this achievement. I personally started a play with 7 seconds left, then counted out to 30 and scored.
