There are two ways to achieve this:

The easy way -

or

The long way -

The easy way to do this is sim though all the years (starting from 2006) which is ten years (ending in 2016) and then you should get the achievement. This could take a while still because of drafting new players at the beginning of a new season and trading players but it is easier then the longer way.

The long way is to play all ten years of dynasty legitimately but this will take you a while and I think you might get bored of the game after the second season (I did).

If you want the gamerscore go for the easy route.

if you want to get this achievement and quite a few others like mvp ect then sub one of the teams for western allstars by pressing X on the screen and sim through the dynasty and you will pick up quite a few achievements, i picked up mvp, 100 points in the season, 10 game winning streak, playoff mvp and the presidents trophy in one season

Its pretty self explanatory but before you start simming up the seasons make sure Assistant coach edit lines is on. Mine was on minimal so every time a player would recover from injury i had to change the lines as well as doing the training each month. Here the only thing that stops your sim is when players want to trade
