For this achievement you need to finish the year with 100 points with your team. Easily done on rookie mode, or for a fast easy way, sim your games till 50 wins and you will have this achievement, if you loose the game load and keep going.

You will get this achievement easily if you pick a good team. You receive two points for winning a game, one point for losing in overtime, and zero points for losing in regulation. There are eighty-two regular season games. If you won every single game, you would end up with one hundred sixty-four points. So, you would need fifty wins to reach your hundred point goal. There are other combinations such as forty wins, ten overtime losses, and thirty-two regulation losses. Just make sure you do the math first. This can also be obtained while you're doing the first Dynasty Mode achievement.
