If your having a hard time with this achievement, plug in a second controller and just pull the opposite goalie.

This can be gained in the same game as the above achievement. Just make sure when you are gaining your 3 assists that they are only going to one person therefore you will get a hat trick. A hat trick is when one scorer, nets 3 goals in the same game. If you are having trouble scoring past the goal keeper you may find it easier to remove the other teams goal keeper by selecting ‘pull home/away keeper’.
