if your having troubles with this achievement put no line changes in settings, plug in a second controller and pull the opposite goalie and just make sure you're 1 player gets 3 assist.

This can be gained in quick play using two controllers.

This one should be very easy to get. First, set up a match, go to settings and then game play. Make sure you turn off ‘Auto Line Change’ which basically means that there will be no substitutions during the game. Once you have done that, go back to the game and select anyone that you want to get the achievement with and keep assisting your scorer. If you are having trouble scoring past the goal keeper you may find it easier to remove the other teams goal keeper by selecting ‘pull home/away keeper’.
