Super easy with two controllers.
If you have two controllers:
*Put the profile you want the achievement on on home and the other controller on player 2. As soon as the game starts, pause and head to team strategies or tactics. Select Pull goalie. Player 1 now has an open net.
If you have one controller
*Just hammer the goal with wristers while criss-crossing the front of the goal.
If you have two controllers:

Another easy achievement as it can be done in two player as long as its set to All Star difficulty. If you are having trouble scoring past the goal keeper you may find it easier to remove the other teams goal keeper by selecting ‘pull home/away keeper’.
