Go into rosters mode and edit a team's goalie to be awful, something like low 30's and your favorite team's goalie to be godlike. Run a shootout with those teams in your favor and achievement unlocked.

I would like to revise the solution.

First of all, you must edit the goalies on one team down to 50 for all of their stats. To do this you go into the "roster Management" and find the name of the goalies on the team. you can do this in the "roster Moves" and use your RT until you get to the goalies.

Then you need to go back to the menu creation zone, and edit players. You will then choose the team you want, find the goalies and then edit them down to 50 on every stat they have (there are 3 at the bottom when you scroll down).

Then choose your team, find the goalies, and go to the same edit and make them 100 in every stat.

Then you choose those two teams on the SHOOTOUT DODGE in the games menu and score a goal or 2.

Achievement will pop AFTER you exit out of the game, assuming you have won.
