Set the game to all star mode and short periods, 1 or 2 minutes would do perfectly. Set all of your team sliders to 100 and the opponents' sliders to 0.

Just wanted to mention that it turns out you can get this even if you have a second player playing the opposing team. I was using the "pull the goalie" trick when I was working to get 5 goals with one player in one game and this one unlocked too despite me not actually playing ageinst the CPU. Let me know if this isen't working for you other guys.
