This, and all of the other single player achievements in the game can be done with a second controller. Just play an exhibition game with 2 controllers. Pick an elite team for you and a NHL team for the alternate controller and just shoot until you score. Then you can't lose (unless you try!! :))

I don't see an "Elite League Team" when switching leagues in play now.... How do I do that?

To summarise this achievement; 2 controllers can be used
1st Controller: Elitserien team (Preferably Linkoping HC)
2nd Controller: NHL team
Difficulty: Superstar
Time Length: 5 minutes
Pull the home team goalie; should be 2nd controllers goalie then score with Elitserien team. Then just watch the time run down.

Set up a game with a difficulty of Superstar, then select your team from any of the "Elitserien" teams (Linkoping HC and Modo are 2 of the top teams), then choose your opponent as any NHL team you tihnk you can beat. Same with the AHL upset, where you try to win by keeping the periods shorter if you can score and want to hold them off, or longer if you ned more time to score.
