Very simple guys we can get two acheivements in one go (50gp):
First, go on as an AHL team (if you got this one already go on as an elite team)
Second, get a second controller and put it as a regular NHL team.
Third, put it on superstar mode and then simply play until the end of the period take the second controller and pull the goalie.
When the game finishes you'll get the achievement.

Turbo, VDuB, 44
Start up a game with the difficulty set to Superstar, then pick any 2 teams you want and play through the game. Once the 3rd period rolls around, wait until the last minute of regulation, then try to score. Keeping the score 1-0 or 2-0 and giving them the puck in your end with 1:30 left in the game will most likely have a result of them pulling their goalie, giving you an empty net.
