Simply put, flick the right analog stick toward the net any time you're in the attacking zone. You can get this easily in a game with 5-minute periods with a boosting partner if you're also going for the "Shutting the door" Achievement, since your opponent isn't trying to score and can let you take the puck away.

I also recommend plugging in a second controller and going for the Playing as a Team Achievement and knock all three off at once. (You can also take shots with the second controller, as the Achievement records the total shots for your team, not which player took them.)
