Just play an OTP game with random people, not your club team. Go to OTP community, and join a game. Achievement will pop at end of game.

All you do is go to XBox Live > Community > Online Team Play Community
Once there anyone with a controller icon next to their name has a session created and waiting to be filled up. Just join a session and make sure there are at least 10 people waiting to play....ready up and you are set. The achievement will unlock after the game is over.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.
