Set your settings in BAP to rookie, and shooting accuracy to maximum. You might even want to lengthen the length of the period. Depending on what for you works best, choose auto or manual shooting aim. It might take you a few tries. If the end of the game is near, and the difference in goals is 1 or 2 in your favor, there is a big chance that the opponent will pull the goalie, and you can pick up an easy goal.
Get 3 goals in one game and finish the game, then the achievement is yours.

I just wanted to note that I tried an alternative to this, and played an OTP game online with a friend. He let me get both 3 goals and 3 assists with my Be A Pro character. We played the entire game. Achievement's didn't pop. So for anyone thinking they could have gotten this easier against a buddy online, nope. You're going to have to take Basmare's tips and try his way. Cheers.

Just score 3 Goals with your Be A Pro Character in a single game. To make this easier, set the difficulty to Rookie.
NOTE: This can also be done in NHL Be A Pro mode.
If you're really having trouble with these you can go to settings and change pass speed to full, shot power/accuracy to full and increase the period length.
