From the main menu, select Xbox LIVE / Quick Ranked Versus Game, or set up a ranked versus game from the Lobbies. Play 30 games (win or lose) to unlock the Achievement.
If your opponent quits or the connection is lost before the game is over, it does not count toward your total for purposes of this Achievement. You must complete all 30 matches from start to finish.

You do not have to complete all 30 matches. Just the last one. You, or your opponent can quit out and it'll still count.

Go to Xbox Live > Online Game Modes > Online Versus Play.
Once more select your preferred matchup (Quick Match, Custom Match, Create Session) and make sure it's set to RANKED. Play 30 matches to unlock this achievement.
NOTE: This achievement can be unlocked by quitting, although you have to wait 5 in-game minutes before quitting the game for it to count.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.
