You have to be in Be a Pro mode for this. I found it easiest using a playmaker/center combination. Carry the puck deep towards the corner, and throw it to the winger who should be in/near the slot. You can have him one-time the pass like you would in a regular game, even though it's BAP, so just keep feeding slot/far post and one-timing it until you have 3 assists in one game. The achievement will pop at the end of the game. Generally easy to do early, before you get to the NHL, although you may get better players to play with once you get to higher lines there (just better goalies to play against too).

I just wanted to note that I tried an alternative to this, and played an OTP game online with a friend. He let me get both 3 goals and 3 assists with my Be A Pro character. We played the entire game. Achievements didn't pop. So for anyone thinking they could have gotten this easier against a buddy online, nope. You're going to have to take Buckswana's tips and try his way. Cheers.

I agree with the above solution. It helps to get on a top tier line with a talented sniper or dangler. I was playing with my BAP Center on the Capitals. Having Alexander Semin or Alexander Ovechkin as your wingmates definetly helps!!

Same here. Set the difficulty to Rookie and get 3 assists in one game.
NOTE: This can also be done in NHL Be A Pro mode.
If you're really having trouble with these you can go to settings and change pass speed to full, shot power/accuracy to full and increase the period length.
