Just like it says, complete an OTP game online with 10 people. You must have 10 people still in the game when it ends. If you start with 10 but people quit out you won't get it. Can be done in OTP community game or club game. This can be very frustrating due to the number of people who quit games, so you might have better luck playing club games with 5-6 people on your team, since fewer people seem to quit. You must have exactly 10 people still in when the game ends, not 10 or more.

I should stress the importance of the "10 players" -- We assumed 11 would be fine, as would have been 12 (the max), but it didn't unlock, so we had to do it once again with EXACTLY 10 players, and only then did it unlock.

Thanks for pointing out that it has to be EXACTLY 10. Weird that they would make it only 10, and not 12. But yeah thanks for that detail.

Go to Xbox Live > Online Game Modes > Online Team Play.
Once more, select your preferred matchup and make sure that there are 10 people in the game. Also, all 10 players must finish the game, otherwise the achievement won't unlock.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.
