If you have any trouble with this, some tips to make this ridiculously easy:

1. Choose Khimik Mytischi. Best overall stats, and the best goalie.
2. Choose your opponent to be Team Great Britain. Poor goalie.
3. Before advancing to the gameplay, choose "Game Settings":
* Under Quick Settings, set the Player Advantage and Goalie Advantage sliders all the way to favor your team.
* Advanced Settings: Set your team's aim to "Auto".
* Gameplay Settings, Basic: Set AI Learning to minimum.
* Gameplay Settings, Shooting: Shot Accuracy and Shot Power to maximum.
* Set other settings to taste. I preferred to minimize pokeaways/turnovers.

The easiest way to get this is to have a second controller. Pick any Superliga team to play as and have the second controller play as any other team. Make sure the difficulty is set to Pro. Once the game starts, press LB+Back on the second controller to pull that teams goalie, and then score as the Superliga team. You can then just wait out the rest of the game. To make it slightly faster, set the period length to 4 minutes instead of 5.
