View an instant replay of your player and when you're ready to take a picture push the right (may be left) stick in to take the screen shot. You'll then be given an option to upload it. Easy achievement.

Also take note you'll need an XBOX Live Gold Membership. Silver won't work.

Again, go to the menu during a Single Player Game, select "Instant Replay", this time just press the LS and upload the photo to EA Sports World.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.
