Simple enough, just play 25 OTP ranked games. Club/team games count towards this. Check your performance tracker/online to see how many games you've played. Go to xbox live/online community and either join an OTP lobby and play, or the OTP community (same thing). Alternatively, join a club and play games. May be slightly glitched - it took me 27 games to unlock it. Possible a couple of the OTP games I joined were not ranked.

Do the quick online team play games count?

I'm not sure if it searches all games to fnid a match, or only ranked ones. Best to join through a lobby where you can check if ti's ranked first. All club games are ranked also.

Proceed as described above, only this time make sure to set your preferred matchup to RANKED. Play 25 matches to get this achievement.
NOTE: This achievement cannot be unlocked by quitting.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.

You can cancel out of 24 games (as long as you wait until the end of the 1st period, just to be sure)...just play the 25th game in full (or the 26th, or 27th, so long as you're at the 25 mark at least) and you've got the cheevo! :D
