Skate near an opposing player who has the puck along the boards. Hold the Y button to pin him. Then hit RB to poke the puck free. If you get possession, the achievement will pop right away.
Pesico, and, stiff, bon, air
This was explained in the tutorial so you should know how to do it. Pin your boosting partner against the boards and press the R1 button to start poking the puck lose. When you gain possession, the trophy will unlock.

Pin a player up against the boards with :ybut:, then try to get possession of the puck. If you do, the achievement will unlock. This will be one of the first achievement you get.
