Really simple. Got it on my 1st try/game. If you're not familiar with Hockey, you get called for icing when you pass/shoot/dump the puck and you are behind the red line (the red line dividing the rink in half). The only time this is permissible is when you're on the PK (Penalty Kill); if this is the case the Icing rule does not apply to you. So when you're not on the PK be sure to be pass the red line before letting that puck leave your stick.

Like the No Offsides trophy, this one should also come naturally while working towards the Century Play trophy and is even easier. An icing occurs when you clear the puck from your own half and over to the far side behind the opposing teams red line while at the same time, the opposing team gets the puck first (NHL rules). Just don't clear the puck from your own half for one game and you should easily get this trophy.

An icing is when you shoot the puck from behind the center red line to behind the goal line by the opposing teams net, and they touch the puck before you.
