You can boost all of the ranked achievements by finding a boosting buddy and going into the same lobby. Go into Xbox Live -> Lobbies and chose the same one. Once in there hit "A" and invite the player to a ranked game. Pick your teams and play.

For this particular achievement you cannot take a penalty. This is easy, just do not use any of the buttons or the R stick when you do not have the puck. Play the entire game and it will unlock at the end. To make it easier, just win the faceoff, pull your goalie with LB & Back, let your opponent score and then just win the next faceoff and skate behind your own net to run out the clock. Ahcievement pops at the end of the game.

One thing to add. If you're getting a penalty while your opponent is holding the puck, pull your goalie and let your opponent score before whistle.

If you are trying to get this achievement without being able to boost, then it is not as easy. You don't want to poke check from behind, hit while a player doesn't have the puck, hit from the side, or press the Y button.
If you want to try and win the game a key thing to do is stay in the passing lanes, block shots from the point, and don't fight.
Unfortunately, people love to start fights, who doesn't, so if you try to get this one just try to avoid provoking any fights.
