The easiest way to "win" this achievement is to make use of the lobby rooms which are always unoccupied, with a friend.

For instance select from menu's Xbox LIVE> Community> Lobby then select the 'Geography" blade. While in a party with your friend, who you'll boost with, decide on a specific lobby "My Country #1" e.g.

Have one player start a session, select "Ranked Versus" and invite the other, now you'll be playing a ranked game with a friend and able to boost for the achievement.

Go into the third period down by two goals and have the person you're playing against pull their goalie (LB + back button) to allow you a couple quick goals and the win.

Being down two goals going into the 3rd isn't easy, but the best way to win this is to try to force turnovers and head into odd man rushes (breakaways preferred). Also remember that if you keep a "Tight Point" you can get a headman feed and get a breakaway or a 2 on 1.
