From the HUT Main Menu, select Play a Game and then select Single Player. Choose any team you wish to play. While getting the game set up, be sure to select Pro difficulty. Play and win the game and the achievement will pop!

The CPU shouldn’t be too hard on Pro. If you are having a hard time, you could always wait until you have a 5 star team and then play a really bad AI team.
