This achievement is really straight forward. Start up a living legends game mode with a created pro. I created a sniper center and clicked start in the NHL. I joined the St. Louis blues and as soon as I loaded it up, it asked if I wanted to be on a billboard. Just accept this offer and you should have signed your first endorsement. It took me less than five minutes to do this.
