Start GM mode and put it on rookie difficulty and then the salary cap off. When it comes time to pick teams hit LB to put that on rookie as well the substitute all the bad teams in except for one, which will be your team. Substitute the legends team in for your team and start the season. Simulate everything the first year and you should almost go undefeated and win the Stanley cup then sign all the legends whos contracts are expiring, give them two year contracts and add a little money onto their asking price. Simulate another year and do the same in the offseason again simulate the third season and upon winning the cup for the third straight year you should have your achievement and if by some miracle you do not just do another season.
