According to the Comments below the division 1 title is 16 points. That means you need to win 8 of the 10 games given to you. Worst record possible to achieve this is 6-0-4
Buy lots of bronze packs initially and substitute players as the first preference, contract cards as a second. Once you get more coins, start to do the gold packs. With gold contract cards being much higher +Games, you will spend less time in menus between games.
I was quitting out after 17 mins and got rewarded points every time. When I needed to do OT/L, just pull the goalie for the losing team (LT+Select, or LB+Select, depending on your settings), and get the win with the other.

Division 2 is 15 points for title, so I'm pretty sure it's 16 points to win the title... basically to put it simple, it's 1 point more than alternating wins with a boost partner, which means for boosting, you will have to do about 15 games roughly for both people to earn the achievement.

SOLO:
Sunday between 12 am-5-6 am in the morning is very dead. I got to boost my main account with my second account from Division 10-4 in one night. When you are in Division 4 its VERY hard finding your 2nd account to boost even further. So this is where Account 3 comes in, this is your play 7 matches and delete team and repeat process with your 3rd account to play against. Once you get your 2nd account from Division 10 - 5 or 4th Division. Once that happens Now go back to your main account to boost with your second account to division 1. If you have problems on your Division 2 or, I suggest go back to account 2 and boost with account 3 to Division 6 or 5. I had troubles finding my second account with my main account. You will meet people WHO still play NHL 15 I unno why. But It should go smooth but will have frustrating problems not finding an opponent or same person. I had times where my 2nd account which was high enough to find my main account, it wouldn't make those 2 accounts find each other. So best bet late at night when the population is VERY low. You will come across the same people and might get a random msg. Just politely say, "I just want to play against my friend".

TWO PEOPLE:
With two people, its the same as SOLO but with a 2nd account to boost two players with. It will be frustrating when trying to find each other and timing the count down. But it will work. SO it would take 8-14 days, just depends on how your schedule works out if its each day for 4-5 hrs. Either or takes them to Division 1 and try to find each other. When the lower Division cannot find the higher Division. The Higher Division player (4 or 3) he uses the guest/3rd account to boost up the 2nd player to help the 1st player to division 1. Once the guest ranks up the 2nd player to Division 4, it will be more easier to find Player, 1 now to resume to boost Rank 1 Division. If troubles finding each other again, repeat the process like the 1st time. Once either Player 1 or 2 achieve's the Achievement, Player 1 lets player 2 rank up to him and should be smooth sailing since Player 1 or 2 are in Division 1.

Player 2 should be: 66-36-0
Guest/3rd account be: 0-XXX-0
*Note: When the game starts, the person giving the other player the Win, quit the 1st period when the timer ends 17:00 remaining of the period. You do not have to play the entire 3 periods.it makes it a lot faster to rank up.*
Resolute
This is arguably the hardest trophy to earn on the game, as you will need to win Division 1 to be awarded the League Title.
There are 10 Divisions in Ultimate Team, each of which contains 10 games. As you progress through the higher divisions, the points requirements for promotion/titles (relegation requirements starts from Division 9) will increase respectively. In the opening handful of Divisions, you have a reasonable margin to lose some games and still get promoted. Whereas the higher divisions are a lot tighter, with much less room for error.
To win Division 1, you will need 16 points. This is 8/10 wins for the season. This will mainly come down to personal skill to be able to even reach Division 1, then go on to win the title itself. You can boost promotion through divisions to some extent with a partner, though there is a cap as to the gap between the divisions of players when match-making. A way around this when you reach this cap, would be to load the game on an alternate account and allow your partner to boost there divisions up to get closer to your main, and therefore allow match-making again.

Bare, Bum, Cheeks
You will need to get to division 1 and win the title. This achievement is very difficult, because once you reach division 4 or 5, your opponents become more difficult and the amount of points needed to advance becomes larger. If you don’t get the minimum number of points, you will get sent back a division. It is possible to boost this achievement with a friend if you search for a match at the same time. This achievement can be acquired legitimately, but it will take a lot of time, patience and a decent amount of skill. You will need 16 out of a possible 20 points, which means having a minimum record of either 8-2-0, or 7-1-2, or of course 6-0-4.
