After completing all the single player challenges, I only got to level 21 and redoing the challenges doesn't reward any EXP. Trying to search for a multiplayer game results in an error every time, so I believe unless you've played multiplayer and gotten enough EXP playing multiplayer that you can get to level 50 with the challenges, you're unable to unlock this.
