Easy but can take some time. Can be completed solo or co-op. NHL Threes, Threes Circuit 2.0, then select circuit. The first circuit is the Western Conference with 15 games. You require 3 stars on each game for a total of 45 stars. Playing on rookie will give you 3 stars if you score a lot without giving up any. Rookie will make it easier however check the rewards for each game before playing and adjust as necessary. For example getting 3 stars on semi-pro against Edmonton will give you a hero card, a 92 Jari Kurri for me which was a nice addition to my team. For my play through I went for a couple of heros and a couple of mascots.

The coin toss before the game can make the games faster if you win the flip. When you win pick goal limit, 3 goals, no to win by 2 and yes to money pucks. Depending on the random money puck you can finish a 3 star game rather quickly.

If you lose the flip you will have to dashboard out of the game to receive another chance at the flip as mentioned by @Vanek in his guide for Circut King. Or play with the rules set by computer, generally they are longer games.

After your final game against Vegas, winning with 3 stars and achieving 45 stars overall, go out to the conference selection page, select Western Conference again and the achievement should unlock upon re-entering the circuit.
