While in the HUT menu:
-->go to "My Team"
-->"Edit Lineups"
-->select a player with the A button and choose "Apply Consumable" (Note: you must have a consumable item in your collection of HUT items such as a jersey number or celebration)
-->use LT button to change the left-hand column for the consumable type you want to apply (this is not very intuitive)
-->select the consumable to apply and hit "Confirm Apply," achievement should pop
