When you have been drafted to a club, you will play a few pre season games. If you play well, when the regular seasons starts you will be picked to stay at the team who drafted you to play in the regular season.
Easiest way is to put all settings on easy, make passes and try to score goals.
I played the first pre season game on easy, passed the puck a lot, hit players and had shots. I then simmed the remaining pre season games and the achievement popped.
9/10 if you play the first game well and sim the rest this achievement will unlock.
