You're probably already familiar with being used for the poke check (and likely the ensuing tripping penalty if you haven't got the timing and placement down). But if you hold instead of just a tap, your player will keep his stick arm extended, and you can use the to wave it around in front. Position yourself between an attacking player and the net, and when he takes a shot try to wave the stick into the path of the puck. Successful contact will net you this Achievement, and 15 Gamerscore. Hopefully, it will also prevent your opponent from netting a goal.
